Most requests come back within 48 hours, counted in business days. Larger pieces, like a full website, are split into smaller requests so you still see progress every two days.
We work on one request at a time on Standard and two on Pro. You can queue as many as you like; the next one starts as soon as the current one is done.
Billing runs in 31-day cycles. If you pause after 19 days, you keep 12 days for whenever you resume.
We revise until you’re happy. If the first week isn’t working out, we stop and refund 75% of the month.
You do. Every file is yours, including source files, once delivered.
