Who we are
Ondeck Studio LLC (“Ondeck”, “we”, “us”) runs this website and the Ondeck design subscription. Our address is 228 Park Avenue South, Suite 41920, New York, NY 10003. By subscribing or using the site you agree to these terms.
The subscription
A subscription gives you access to our design team for a 31-day billing cycle. On Standard we work on one active request at a time; on Pro, two. You can add as many requests to your board as you like, and we work through them in the order you set. Most requests are delivered within two business days; larger ones are split into smaller requests.
What counts as a request
A request is one piece of design work we can reasonably deliver in about two business days, such as a landing page section, a set of social ads or a logo round. We’ll tell you if something needs splitting. We don’t do 3D animation, print production or app development in code.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance by card through our payment provider. Prices are in US dollars and don’t include sales tax where it applies. There are no setup fees or long-term contracts.
Pausing and cancelling
You can pause at any time. Billing stops, and the unused days in your current cycle are saved for when you resume. Saved days don’t expire for 12 months. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; you keep access until the end of the cycle you’ve paid for.
Refunds
If the first week of your first subscription isn’t working out, tell us and we’ll stop work and refund 75% of that month. After the first week, payments aren’t refundable, but you can pause or cancel whenever you like.
Who owns the work
Once a request is delivered and the cycle it was delivered in is paid, you own the final files, including source files. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to or we’ve signed an NDA.
Your materials
You confirm you have the right to share anything you send us, such as logos, copy, photos and fonts, and that our using it for your requests won’t break anyone else’s rights.
Confidentiality
We keep your plans, files and conversations confidential and only share them with the designers working on your account. We’re happy to sign your NDA.
Liability
We do our best work, but we can’t promise any particular business result from it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change affects your subscription, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts in New York County.
