What we collect
When you contact us or book a call: your name, work email, company and anything you write to us.
When you request a free hero redesign: your work email and website URL.
When you subscribe: billing details, handled by our payment provider. We never see your full card number.
When you use the site: basic, cookie-free analytics such as pages viewed and country.
How we use it
To answer you, run your subscription, send invoices and service emails, and improve the site. We’ll only send you news if you ask for it.
Who we share it with
Only the services we use to run the studio: our payment provider, our booking tool, Slack, our project board and our email provider. Each handles your data under its own privacy terms. We don’t sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Client records for seven years for tax purposes. Inquiries that don’t become subscriptions are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving emails, at any time. Write to hello@ondeck.studio and we’ll reply within 30 days.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded tools, such as the booking calendar, may set their own when you use them.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and email active subscribers.
